Griselda Halling's work centres on the relation between nutrition, concentration and learning in the field of public health. She has undertaken research into independent school food provision on scores awarded according to the National Minimum Standards for Boarding Schools. Griselda is a trustee of the Hyperactive Children's Support Group (HASCG) and represents HASCG to public bodies such as the National Institute for Health & Clinical Excellence (NICE). Griselda is also the author of the HASCG 2007 Survey of Supermarket Food Additive Policies.

Kate Delmar-Morgan and Griselda Halling are qualified Nutritional Therapists with wide experience in clinical and public health nutrition.

Independent Nutrition is supported by Hampshire County Council Catering Services (HC3S), who are responsible for providing 40,000 school meals a day. HC3S act as specialist and technical consultants for Independent Nutrition.

Kate Delmar-Morgan graduated with a first class honours science degree in Nutritional Therapy. As well as treating individual patients, Kate also lectures in nutrition at various universities and colleges. Kate has a special interest in childhood learning disorders and behavioural issues and runs workshops covering the link between autism, ADHD and nutrition. Kate's research includes the connection between skipping breakfast and its effect on energy and concentration in the first half of the school day. Her work has also involved research into how childhood nutrition can help in the prevention of osteoporosis.
